Abstract
This research aims to identify and provide empirical evidence on the effect of career motivation, economic motivation, motivational qualities, and his motivation to enthusiasm for the education of accounting students PPAk. The hypothesis (1) There is a positive effect of motivation on student interest accounting career to follow PPAk ducation, (2) There is a positive effect of the economic motivations of the students' interest PPAk accounting for education, (3) There is a positive effect of the motivational qualities of the interest accounting students to follow PPAk education, and (4) There is a positive effect of motivation on student interest accounting degree for education PPAk. This study uses 321 college students majoring in accounting STIE BPD Bank Central Java. Samples were obtained for 224 respondents. The results of the study are (1) The first hypothesis career motivation positive effect on student interest in accounting to follow PPAk, (2) The second hypothesis economic motivation positive influence student interest in accounting to follow PPAk, (3) The third hypothesis motivation positive effect on the quality of accounting students interest to follow PPAk, and (4) the fourth hypothesis degree of motivation positive influence student interest in accounting to follow PPAk.
