Abstract
Fiscal decentralization brings many benefits for local goverment to manage its own finances. The objective of fiscal decentralization isn to make local government closer to their citizen, so that government’s services can be done efficiently and effectively. It is based on the assumption that local government has a better understanding of the needs and aspirations of their citizen rather than central government. This study aimed to examine the effect of Economic growth (PE), Local Revenue (PAD), and Fund Balance (DP) for Capital Expenditure (BM).The sample that used in this study were 35 government ‘s districts / municipalities in central java were taken using purposive sampling method. The analysis tool used is multiple regression test. The test result showed that the Economic Growth (PE), Local Revenue (PAD), and Fund Balance (DP) have a significant effect for Capital Expenditure (BM).
