Abstract
This study aims to identify and analyze the influence dntuk accounting knowledge on managerial performance and to identify and analyze the influence of entrepreneurial personality on managerial performance in the title Influence Knowledge Of Accounting and Managerial Performance Entrepreneurial Personality. Sources of data in this study is the primary data obtained directly from respondents through a questionnaire response. Techniques of data collection conducted by survey method. Data obtained using a questionnaire distributed to the finance manager. For sample selection was conducted by the census by the number of 42 samples. Data analysis techniques using the test through descriptive statistics, validity and reliability of data, the assumption of classical test (test of normality, multicollinearity, heteroskedatisitas), hypothesis testing dab multiple linear regression. Based on research results, knowledge of accounting and entrepreneurial personality had no significant effect on the perfomance of managerial partially, while simultaneously significantly influence managerial performance at 95% confidence level. Value of R Square in this study were for 0188, which means only 18.8% change in the level of managerial performance can be explained by the variable accounting knowledge and entrepreneurial personality, while the rest is influenced by other variables that are not observed in this study. The results of this study are expected to contribute to improving the performance of managerial CV. elecommunications Semarang image as a material consideration in choosing the staff that will be placed in the position of financial manager.
