Abstract

This study aims to assess the performance of PT. Main Branch of Bank of Central Java Semarang when measured using the Balanced Scorecard. By using the Balanced Scorecard can be seen that a causal relationship between performance factors with the results achieved in each perspective. So PT. Bank Main Branch Semarang Central Java can achieve the vision and mission that has been established,and can enhance a better return. The collection of data using primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained from respondents both employees and customers of PT. Bank Main Branch Semarang Central Java. Secondary data obtained from annual reports of PT. Main Branch of Bank of Central Java Semarang-year period 2007-2009. Samples taken of 60 respondents and 100 spondents customer employees. Analysis and interpretation of data is done through quantitative data. The results provide evidence that a financial perspective that is NIM, BOPO, LDR, and NPL has achieved cost effectiveness. Customer perspective suggests that service quality is very good, especially in the case want to respond to customer complaints. Assessed the quality of customer service by conducting customer satisfaction surveys that the end result shows the number 3.971 is classified good / satisfied. Internal business process perspective suggests that the expansion of the office network is shown by the increasing ratio of NGR, AETR ratio showed an increase in the efficiency and ffectiveness. Learning and growth perspective shows employee productivity and improved employee training, and employee satisfaction levels shows the number 4.107 is classified as good / satisfied.
