Abstract
The purpose of this study is to provide empirical evidence about the effects of intellectual capital and technological capital is firm to return on assets (ROA), return on equity (ROE). intellectual capital's performance that is measured bases value added who is created from physical capital (VACA), human capital (VAHU), and structural capital (STVA). Technological Capital's measured by research and development cost, variable dependennya is ROA,ROE. The population of this study is manufacturing business on Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) on year 2007 until with year 2010 available 124 manufacturing businesses that listed at BEI. Data collected by purposive sampling. The samples used were 14 companies each year. This study used multiple linear regression for data analysis. From the results of tatistical test show that VAHU that has positive and signifikan impact to return on asset (ROA), VACA and STVA is not ascendant to ROA. VACA is signifikan's ascendant positive to return on equity (ROE), meanwhile VAHU and STVA is not ascendant to ROE. Technological capital who measured by RD having for signifikan positive to ROA and ROE. Adjusted R square value is obtained for each model of research is the first model of 74,9%, second model 68,4%.
