Abstract
This research aims to determine the low performance of the ZMT Group from 2022 to 2022. This research uses organizational culture, work motivation, and leadership variables as independent variable and employee performance as dependent variable. The research methode was quantitative and used a multipleblinear regression analysis model. This research data processing used SPSS with the IBM SPSS Statistics 25 version. Accordinh to the research results, organizatinal culture, work motivation partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile leadership has a negative and significant effectbon employee performance. Keywords: organizational culture, work motivation, leadership, employee performance.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh menurunnya kinerja ZMT Grup pada tahun 2022 sampai dengan 2023. Adapun dalam penelitian ini menggunakan variabel budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja, dan kepemimpinan sebagai variabel independen dan kinerja karyawan sebagai variabel dependen. Metode penlitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dan menggunakan model analisis regresi linear berganda. Pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS dengan versi IBM SPSS statistik 25. Sesuai dengan hasil penelitian budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja, secara parsial memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan sedangkan kepemimpinan mempunyai pengaruh negatif dan sigmifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. |
