Abstract

Organizational citizenship behavior is the behavior of company employees that aims to increase the effectiveness of company performance without ignoring individual employee productivity goals. Bank Jateng Banjarnegara Branch in providing financial services is inseparable from OCB. OCB is influenced by various factors including organizational commitment, organizational culture, job satisfaction and also employee's engagement. OCB that looks less than optimal in bank companies can cause targets not to be achieved as expected. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of organizational culture, job satisfaction, employee engagement on organizational commitment; influence of organizational culture, job satisfaction, employee's engagement, and organizational commitment to OCB; the influence of organizational culture on OCB through organizational commitment, job satisfaction on OCB through organizational commitment, employee's engagement on OCB through organizational commitment at Bank Jateng Banjarnegara Branch. This type of research is quantitative research. The sampling technique is total amplification, which is a sampling technique where the number of samples is the same as the population of 97 respondents. Number of samples Data analysis used Partial Least Square analysis with SmartPLS software. The results showed: organizational culture, job satisfaction, employee engagement have a significant effect on organizational commitment; organizational culture, job satisfaction, employee's engagement, and organizational commitment have a significant effect on OCB; organizational culture has a significant effect on OCB through organizational commitment, job satisfaction has not a significant effect on OCB through organizational commitment, employee's engagement has a significant effect on OCB through organizational commitment at Bank Jateng Banjarnegara Branch. It is suggested that the management of Bank Jateng Banjarnegara Branch increase OCB through organizational commitment by increasing job satisfaction by providing encouragement and education to employees. Additional Information: Organizational citizenship behavior merupakan perilaku karyawan perusahaan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efektifitas kinerja perusahaan tanpa mengabaikan tujuan produktifitas individual karyawan. Bank Jateng Cabang Banjarnegara dalam memberikan pelayanan keuangan tidak terlepas dari OCB. OCB dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor diantaranya komitmen organsasi, budaya organisasi, kepuasan kerja dan juga engagement employee’s. OCB yang tampak kurang optimal pada perusahaan bank dapat menyebabkan target tidak tercapai sesuai harapan. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, kepuasan kerja, engagement employee’s terhadap komitmen organisasi; pengaruh budaya organisasi, kepuasan kerja, engagement employee’s, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap OCB; pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap OCB melalui komitmen organisasi, kepuasan kerja terhadap OCB melalui komitmen organisasi, engagement employee’s terhadap OCB melalui komitmen organisasi di Bank Jateng Cabang Banjarnegara. Jenis penelitian merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Tehnik pengambilan sampel adalah total ampling, yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel dimana jumlah sampel sama dengan populasi sebanyak 97 responden. Jumlah sampel Analisis data menggunakan analisis Partial Least Square dengan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: budaya organisasi, kepuasan kerja, engagement employee’s berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi; budaya organisasi, kepuasan kerja, engagement employee’s, dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap OCB; budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap OCB melalui komitmen organisasi, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap OCB melalui komitmen organisasi, engagement employee’s berpengaruh signifikan terhadap OCB melalui komitmen organisasi di Bank Jateng Cabang Banjarnegara. Disarankan agar pihak manajemen Bank Jateng Cabang Banjarnegara meningkatkan OCB melalui komitmen organisasi dengan meningkatkan kepuasaan kerja dengan cara memberikan dorongan dan edukasi kepada pegawai.
