Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of school image and service quality on the desire to recommend with student satisfaction as a mediating variable. The population that became the object of research were all students at SMK NU Alhidayah Kudus. The research sample used probability sampling technique and the sample was taken by simple random sampling. The samples taken in this study amounted to 97 respondents and were declared to have represented the total population. Data analysis used the Smart PLS 4.0 program to determine the direct and indirect effects of the relationship between exogenous and endogenous variables. From the results of testing the hypothesis directly it is known that there is a positive and significant influence between School Image on Student Satisfaction and Desire to Recommend, Student Satisfaction on Desire to Recommend and Service Quality on Student Satisfaction. There is no significant direct effect on the relationship between Service Quality and Desire to Recommend. Indirect hypothesis testing is known that the intervening variable Student Satisfaction is able to mediate the relationship between Service Quality and Desire to Recommend. Student Satisfaction was apparently not able to mediate the relationship between School Image and Desire to Recommend.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh citra sekolah dan kualitas layanan terhadap keinginan merekomendasikan dengan kepuasan siswa sebagai variabel mediasi. Populasi yang menjadi obyek penelitian adalah seluruh siswa yang ada di SMK NU Alhidayah Kudus. Sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik probability sampling dan pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara simple random sampling. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian berjumlah 97 orang responden dan dinyatakan telah mewakili dari jumlah populasi. Analisis data menggunakan program Smart PLS 4.0 untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung hubungan antar variabel eksogen dengan endogen. Dari hasil pengujian hipotesis secara langsung diketahui terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Citra Sekolah terhadap Kepuasan Siswa dan Keinginan Merekomendasikan, Kepuasan Siswa terhadap Keinginan Merekomendasikan dan Kualitas Layanan terhadap Kepuasan Siswa. Tidak terdapat pengaruh langsung yang signifikan hubungan antara Kualitas Layanan terhadap Keinginan Merekomendasikan. Pengujian hipotesis secara tidak langsung diketahui bahwa variabel intervening Kepuasan Siswa mampu memediasi hubungan antara Kualitas Layanandengan Keinginan Merekomendasikan. Kepuasan Siswa ternyata tidak mampu memediasi hubungan antara Citra Sekolah dengan Keinginan Merekomendasikan. |
