Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of online hotel reviews on the use of interactive management control systems and diagnostic management control systems for star hotels in Semarang City. The population in this study includes all star hotels in the city of Semarang with a research sample of 80 samples and using primary data. The results of this study indicate that the strategic fractional variable has an effect on the interactive management control system and the diagnostic management control system, but the online hotel review variable has no effect on the interactive management control system and the diagnostic management control system.

Additional Information:	Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh online hotel review terhadap penggunaan sistem pengendalian manajemen interaktif dan sistem pengendalian manajemen diagnostik hotel berbintang di Kota Semarang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini meliputi seluruh hotel berbintang di Kota Semarang dengan sample penelitian 80 sampel dan menggunakan data primer. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel pecahan strategis berpengaruh terhadap sistem pengendalian manajemen interaktif dan sistem pengendalian manajemen diagnostik akan tetapi variabel online Hotel review tidak berpengaruh terhadap sistem pengendalian manajemen interaktif dan sistem pengendalian manajemem diagnostik.
