Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the effect of work stress, workload and work environment on employee performance with the research object of Hotel Aruss Semarang. The population in this study were the employees of Hotel Aruss Semarang. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 57 respondents and processed using the SPSS 23 application software. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression, the results of the analysis for this model show that the variables that affect employee performance, namely work stress, workload and work environment, have an effect on employee performance, Keywords : Work stress, Workload, work environment, Employee Performance
