Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of ethical leadership on job satisfaction and organizational commitment, the role of moderation, tolerance, frustration, and emotional calm on the effect of ethical leadership on job satisfaction and organizational commitment of nurses at Dr Soesilo Slawi General Hospital, Tegal Regency. The population is 98 employees with sampling technique using saturated samples. Analysis using partial least squares (PLS) and smartPLS analysis tools. The results of this study, ethical leadership has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Frustration tolerance and emotional stability strengthen the effect of ethical leadership on job satisfaction and organizational commitment.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan etis terhadap kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi, peran moderasi toleransi frustasi dan stabilitas emosional pada pengaruh kepemimpinan etis terhadap kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi perawat RSUD dr Soesilo Slawi Kabupaten Tegal. Populasi sebanyak 98 pegawai dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Analisis menggunakan partial least square (PLS) dan alat analisis smartPLS Hasil penelitian ini, kepemimpinan etis berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi. Toleransi frustasi dan stabilitas emosional memperkuat pengaruh kepemimpinan etis terhadap kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi.
