Abstract

This study aims to examine the effectknowledge sharing on joint leadership and innovative work behavior, the influence of joint leadership on innovative work behavior and the mediation of joint leadership on influenceknowledge sharing on innovative work behavior. The population in this study were all employees of the Tegal Regency Education and Culture Office, totaling 76 employees. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample or the entire population is used as the sample area so that there are 76 samples. Analysis usespartial least square (PLS) and analysis tools smartPLS by method Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). findings,knowledge sharing significant positive effect on joint leadership and innovative work behavior, joint leadership has a significant positive effect on innovative work behavior and joint leadership plays a mediating effectknowledge sharing on innovative work behavior with mediating propertiespartial competitive.
