Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of psychological well-being on employee performance, affective commitment, the effect of affective commitment on employee performance, mediation of affective commitment on the effect of psychological well-being on employee performance and moderation of job insecurity on the effect of psychological well-being on affective commitment. The population in this study were all PM and PTSM service employees in Tegal Regency, totaling 46 employees. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample or the entire population is used as the sample area so that there are 46 samples. The analysis uses a partial least square (PLS) and the smartPLS analysis tool. The results of psychological well-being research have a significant positive effect on employee performance, affective commitment. Affective commitment has a significant positive effect on employee performance, affective commitment mediates the effect of psychological well-being on employee performance, job insecurity moderates the effect of psychological well-being on affective commitment Keywords: psychological well-being, employee performance, affective commitment, job insecurity

Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh atau keseluruhan populasi dijadikan sebagai wilayah sampel sehingga sampel sebanyak 46. Analisis menggunakan partial least square (PLS) dan alat analisis smartPLS. Hasil penelitian kesejahteraan psikologis berpengaruh positif ignifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, komitmen afektif.
