Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of organizational learning on crowdsourcing and value creation, the effect of crowdsourcing on value creation. Crowdsourcing mediation on the influence of organizational learning on value creation. The population in this study were all employees of the Jatinegara Health Center in Tegal Regency as many as 98 employees with a sampling technique using a saturated sample. Analysis using partial least squares (PLS) and smartPLS analysis tools. The results of this study, organizational learning has a significant positive effect on crowdsourcing and value creation, crowdsourcing has a significant positive effect on value creation. Crowdsourcing mediates the influence of organizational learning on value creation with the nature of mediation that is partial complementary Keywords: organizational learning, crowdsourcing, value creation

Analisis menggunakan partial least square (PLS) dan alat analisis smartPLS Hasil penelitian ini, pembelajaran organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap crowdsourcing dan penciptaan nilai, crowdsourcing berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap penciptaan nilai. Crowdsourcing memediasi pengaruh pembelajaran organisasi terhadap penciptaan nilai dengan sifat mediasi bersifat partial complementary
