Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of compensation, workload, work environment and job satisfaction among the variables. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The sample used in this study were employees of PT. Amaan Indonesia Sejahtera in Pekalongan, totaling 58 respondents. The research data was obtained from the results of filling out the questionnaire and analyzed using SEM analysis techniques with the help of the PLS SEM program. The results of this study indicate that (1) compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; (2) workload has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; (3) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Additional Information:	Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh antar variabel kompensasi, beban kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Amaan Indonesia Sejahtera di Pekalongan yang berjumlah 58 responden. Data penelitian diperoleh dari hasil pengisian kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis SEM dengan bantuan program SEM PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja; (2) Beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja; (3) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kata kunci : beban kerja, kompensasi, lingkungan kerja, kepuasan kerja.
