Abstract

Abstract This study was conducted to examine whether there is an effect of Corporate Governance, and Loan to Deposit Ratio on the Financial Performance of Conventional Banking for the 2020-2022 period.The population of this study are banking companies listed on the IDX with a sample of 22 banking companies totaling 66 samples. The results of this study indicate that the variables of Institutional Ownership and Board of Directors has an influence on the Financial Performance of Conventional Banking but the variable of Managerial Ownership, Independent Board of Commissioners, Audit Committee, and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) have no effect on Financial Performance of Conventional Banking. Additional Information: Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji secara empiris apakah terdapat pengaruh Corporate Governance, Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Bank Umum Konvensional periode tahun 2020-2022. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di BEI dengan sampel penelitian 22 perusahaan perbankan yang berjumlah 66 sampel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Kepemilikan Institusional dan Dewan Direksi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Perbankan Konvensional akan tetapi variabel Kepemilikan Manajerial, Dewan Komisaris Independen, Komite Audit, dan Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Perbankan Konvensional.
