Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of work placement, work culture, and work experience on employee performance. The sample in this study were 100 employees who worked at PT Dua Kelinci. The analytical methods used are Data Quality Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, and Model Feasibility Test (Test of Goodness of Fit Model) using the IBM SPSS application. The results showed that work placement has a positive effect on employee performance, meaning that the better the job placement, the more it affects employee performance. The second conclusion shows the results that work culture has a positive effect on employee performance, meaning that the better the work culture, the more it will affect employee performance. And the third conclusion shows the result that work experience has a positive effect on employee performance, meaning that the better the work experience, the more it will affect employee performance. Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penempatan kerja, budaya kerja, dan pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 karyawan yang bekerja di PT Dua Kelinci. Metode analisis yang digunakan ialah Uji Kualitas Data, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda, dan Uji Kelayakan Model ( Uji Goodness of Fit Model) dengan menggunakan aplikasi IBM SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penempatan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, artinya semakin baik penempatan kerja maka semakin mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Kesimpulan kedua menunjukkan hasil bahwa budaya kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, artinya semakin baik budaya kerja maka akan semakin mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Dan kesimpulan ketiga menunjukkan hasil bahwa pengalaman kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, artinya semakin baik pengalaman kerja maka akan semakin mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. |
