Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of transformational leadership on trust in leadership and the ability to change organizationally, belief in leadership to the ability to change organizationally, and the mediating role of belief in leadership on the effect of transformational leadership on the ability to change organizationally. The population in this study were all employees of the Tegal Regency Population and Civil Registry Office, consisting of 67 employees. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample or the entire population is used as the sample area so that the sample is 67. The analysis uses a partial least square (PLS) and the smartPLS analysis tool The findings show that transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on trust in leadership and the ability to change organizationally, trust in leadership has a significant positive effect on the ability to change organizationally.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kepercayaan dalam kepemimpinan dan kesanggupan/ kapasitas perubahan organisasional, kepercayaan dalam kepemimpinan terhadap kesanggupan perubahan organisasional, dan peran mediasi kepercayaan dalam kepemimpinan pada pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kesanggupan perubahan organisasional. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Tegal sebanyak 67 pegawai. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh atau keseluruhan populasi dijadikan sebagai wilayah sampel sehingga sampel sebanyak 67. Analisis menggunakan partial least square (PLS) dan alat analisis smartPLS Temuan, kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepercayaan dalam kepemimpinan dan kesanggupan perubahan organisasonal, kepercayaan dalam kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kesanggupan perubahan organisasional.
