Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of service quality on community satisfaction of service users at the Dukuhwaru District office, Tegal Regency. The population of this study is the service user community in the Dukuhwaru District office, Tegal Regency with a total sample of 100 community service users. The analysis tool used multiple linear regression and the results of the study proved that reliability, assurance, responsiveness, empathy and tangibles had a significant effect on the satisfaction of service users in the Dukuhwaru District Office, Tegal Regency.

Additional Information: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan pada kepuasan masyarakat pengguna layanan di kantor Kecamatan Dukuhwaru Kabupaten Tegal. Populasi penelitian ini adalah masyarakat pengguna layanan di kantor Kecamatan Dukuhwaru Kabupaten Tegal dengan jumlah sampel sejumlah sebanyak 100 orang masyarakat pengguna layanan. Alat analisis mempergunakan regresi linier berganda dan hasil penelitian terbukti bahwa kehandalan, jaminan, daya tanggap, empati dan bukti fisik berpengaruh secara signifikan pada kepuasan masyarakat pengguna layanan di Kantor Kecamatan Dukuhwaru Kabupaten Tegal.
