Abstract
ABSTRACT The reality on the ground recently regarding company problems often arises. In an effort to achieve organizational goals requires resources as a source of energy, energy and strength needed to create various activities and activities. These resources are human resources, natural resources, financial resources and scientific or technological resources. As for the population and sample are the employees of PT. Jasa Raharja Purwokerto, namely as many as 98 employees. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression. The research results show that the environment, commitment and ability affect the performance of employees at PT. Jasa Raharja Purwokerto.

Dalam usaha pencapaian tujuan organisasi memerlukan sumber daya sebagai sumber energi, tenaga maupun kekuatan yang diperlukan untuk menciptakan berbagai aktivitas dan kegiatan. Sumber daya tersebut yaitu sumber daya manusia, sumber daya alam, sumber daya finansial dan sumber daya ilmu pengetahuan atau teknologi. Adapun yang dijadikan sebagai populasi dan sampel adalah para pegawai PT. Jasa Raharja Purwokerto yaitu sebanyak 98 pegawai.. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam peneltitian ini adalah Regresi Linioer berganda.Hasil pennelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan, komitmen dan kemampuan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT. Jasa Raharja Purwokerto. |
