Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of strength-based performance appraisal on leadership support, and improvement of motivation, leadership support for improving motivation, mediation of leadership support on the effect of strength-based performance appraisal on improving motivation. The population in this study were all employees of the Tegal Regency Education and Culture Office, totaling 76 employees. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample or the entire population is used as the sample area so that there are 76 samples. The analysis uses structural equation modeling (SEM) and the smartPLS analysis tool. The results of research on strength performance-based assessment have a significant positive effect on leadership support and improvement of motivation. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Tegal sebanyak 76 pegawai. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh atau keseluruhan populasi dijadikan sebagai wilayah sampel sehingga sampel sebanyak 76. Analisis menggunakan analisis full model structural equation modeling (SEM) dan alat analisis smartPLS. Hasil penelitian penilaian berbasis kinerja kekuatan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap dukungan pimpinan, dan perbaikan motivasi, dukungan pimpinan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap perbaikan motivasi, dukungan pimpinan memediasi pengaruh penilaian kinerja berbasis kekuatan terhadap perbaikan motivasi dengan sifat mediasi partial complementary Kata Kunci : penilaian berbasis kinerja kekuatan, dukungan pimpinan, perbaikan motivasi |
