Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of dual role conflict and workload on the performance of female employees with work stress as an intevening variable at PT. Sango Ceramics Indonesia. In this study using quantitative methods, where variables are measured using a likert scale. Methods of data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. The population in this study are female employees who work at PT. Sango Ceramics Indonesia. The sample used in this study amounted to 100 respondents. The analytical tool used AMOS 24 software. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded (1) dual role conflict has no effect on employee performance, (2) workload has no effect on employee performance, (3) dual role conflict has a positive effect on work stress, (4) workload has a positive effect on work stress, (5) work stress has a negative effect on employee performance, (6) dual role conflict has a negative effect on employee performance through work stress, (7) workload has a negative effect on employee performance through work stress.
