Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment and employee discipline on Politeknik Pekerjaan Umum. The type of study is explanatory research or explanatory research with a quantitative approach, by testing the correlation coefficient, determination and similar simple regression. Data processing is assisted by using the SPSS version 22 statistical program, and the data collection techniques used in this study are using the method of observation and questionnaires, with a total sample of 100 respondents, all of whom are employees of Politeknik Pekerjaan Umum. From this study the results show that the work environment has a positive and significant influence on employee work disciplin , amounting to 38.2% and the remaining 61.8 % is influenced by other variables not analyzed in this study. | Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara lingkungan kerja dengan disiplin kerja pegawai pada Politeknik Pekerjaan Umum. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research atau penelitian penjelasan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan melakukan uji koefisien korelasi, determinasi dan persamaan regresi sederhana. Pengolahan data dibantu dengan menggunakan program statistic SPSS versi 22, dan teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan metode observasi dan kuesioner dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh hasil bahwa lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja , sebesar 38.2% dan sisanya sebesar 61.8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dianalisa dalam penelitian ini.
