Abstract
This research was conducted to determine the effect of financial knowledge, financial behavior, and demographic factors on personal financial distress in millennial entrepreneurs in Jepara Regency. The type of data in this study is quantitative research with a research population of millennial entrepreneurs in Jepara Regency. The sampling technique of this research is random sampling. So that we get a sample of 10 millennial entrepreneurs in Jepara Regency aged 20-50 years in 2022. The data analysis method used is validity testing, reliability testing, multiple linear regression, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing. This study shows the results that the financial knowledge variable has a negative and significant effect on personal financial distress. Financial behavior has a negative and significant effect on personal financial distress. Demographic factors have a negative and significant effect on personal financial distress.
