Abstract

This research is backgrounded by a research gap in research conducted by Lukman Surantoro (2020). In the study, it was explained that 58.6% of the research results were influenced by other variables so that other variables were needed. So the researcher added the employee wellbeing variable to the research gap. This study aims to analyze the influence of workplace spirituality, person job fit on the intention to stay with employee wellbeing as a mediating variable. The population is 62 employees of the Banjar Post Office. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire through a google form which contained a number of questions with 62 respondents. The results showed that Workplace spirituality has a positive and significant effect on the intention to stay. Person job fit has no effect on intention to stay. Workplace spirituality has no effect on employee wellbeing. Person job fit has no effect on employee wellbeing. Employee wellbeing has a positive and significant effect on the intention to stay. Employee wellbeing does not mediate the effect of workplace spirituality on intention to stay. Employee wellbeing does not mediate the effect of person job fit on intention to stay

Additional Information: Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh research gap pada penelitian yang dilakukan Lukman Surantoro (2020). Pada penelitian tersebut dijelaskan bahwa terdapat 58,6% hasil penelitian dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain sehingga diperlukan variabel lain. Maka peneliti menambah variabel employee wellbeing untuk research gap tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh workplace spirituality, person job fit terhadap intention to stay dengan employee wellbeing sebagai variabel mediasi. Populasi adalah karyawan Kantor Pos Banjar yang berjumlah 62 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuisioner melalui google form yang berisi sejumlah pertanyaan dengan responden berjumlah 62 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Workplace spirituality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intention to stay. Person job fit tidak berpengaruh terhadap intention to stay. Workplace spirituality tidak berpengaruh terhadap employee wellbeing. Person job fit tidak berpengaruh terhadap employee wellbeing. Employee wellbeing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intention to stay. Employee wellbeing tidak memediasi pengaruh workplace spirituality terhadap intention to stay. Employee wellbeing tidak memediasi pengaruh person job fit terhadap intention to stay
