Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial orientation and organizational learning capability on the performance of village-owned enterprises with village-owned enterprises innovation as a mediating variable. The population that is the object of research is all managers and administrators of village-owned enterprises in Kudus Regency. The research sample used probability sampling technique and the sample was taken by simple random sampling. The samples taken in this study amounted to 100 respondents and were declared to have represented the total population. Data analysis used the Smart PLS 4.0 program to determine the direct and indirect effects of the relationship between exogenous and endogenous variables. From the results of direct hypothesis testing it is known that there is a positive and significant influence between entrepreneurial orientation on village-owned enterprises innovation and village-owned enterprises performance, village-owned enterprises innovation on village-owned enterprises performance and organizational learning capability on village-owned enterprises innovation. There is no significant direct effect on the relationship between organizational learning capability on village-owned enterprises performance. Indirectly testing the hypothesis is known that the intervening variable village-owned enterprises innovation is able to mediate the relationship between organizational learning capability and village-owned enterprises performance. Village-owned enterprises innovation was apparently unable to mediate the relationship between entrepreneurship orientation and village-owned enterprises performance.

Additional Information:	Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan dan kemampuan pembelajaran organisasional terhadap kinerja BUM Desa dengan inovasi BUM Desa sebagai variabel mediasi. Populasi yang menjadi obyek penelitian adalah seluruh pengelola dan pengurus BUM Desa yang ada di Kabupaten Kudus. Sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik probability sampling dan pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara simple random sampling. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian berjumlah 100 orang responden dan dinyatakan telah mewakili dari jumlah populasi. Analisis data menggunakan program Smart PLS 4.0 untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung hubungan antar variabel eksogen dengan endogen. Dari hasil pengujian hipotesis secara langsung diketahui terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Orientasi Kewirausahaan terhadap Inovasi BUM Desa dan Kinerja BUM Desa, Inovasi BUM Desa terhadap Kinerja BUM Desa dan Kemampuan Pembelajaran Organisasional terhadap Inovasi BUM Desa. Tidak terdapat pengaruh langsung yang signifikan hubungan antara Kemampuan Pembelajaran Organisasional terhadap Kinerja BUM Desa. Pengujian hipotesis secara tidak langsung diketahui bahwa variabel intervening Inovasi BUM Desa mampu memediasi hubungan antara Kemampuan Pembelajaran Organisasional dengan Kinerja BUM Desa. Inovasi BUM Desa ternyata tidak mampu memediasi hubungan antara Orientasi Kewirausahaan dengan Kinerja BUM Desa.
