Abstract

The research objectives are 1) to analyze the effect of human capital on facilitator performance 2) to analyze the effect of social capital on facilitator performance 3) to analyze the effect of psychological capital on facilitator performance 4) to analyze the effect of training and development on human capital 5) to analyze the effect of training and development on social capital 6) analyzing the effect of training and development on psychological capital 7) analyzing the effect of training and development on facilitator performance 8) analyzing human capital in mediating the effect of training and development on facilitator performance 9) analyzing social capital in mediating the effect of training and development on facilitator performance 10) analyze psychological capital in mediating the effect of training and development on facilitator performance The population of this study were all KOTAKU Program facilitators in the work unit area III of Central Java Province, totaling 340 personnel spread across 20 regions. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling with the criteria of communicative personnel, willing to fill out a questionnaire to collect data. The number of samples that were successfully collected using the Google form was 141. The data analysis technique used smartpls. The results of the study found that human capital has a positive effect on facilitator performance, but social capital and psychological capital have no effect on facilitator performance. Training and development have a positive effect on human capital, social capital and psychological capital. Human capital can positively mediate the effect of training and development on facilitator performance. However, social capital and psychological capital are not able to mediate.

Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel purpossive sampling dengan kriteria yakni personil yang komunikatif, bersedia mengisi kuesioner untuk diambil datanya. Jumlah sampel yang berhasil dikumpulkan menggunakan google form yakni sebanyak 141. Teknik analisis data menggunakan smartpls. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa modal manusia berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja fasilitator, namun modal sosial dan modal psikologis tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja fasilitator. Pelatihan dan pengembangan berpengaruh positif terhadap modal manusia, modal sosial dan modal psikologis. Modal manusia dapat memediasi secara positif pengaruh pelatihan dan pengembangan terhadap kinerja fasilitator. Namun demikian modal sosial dan modal psikoligis tidak mampu memediasi.
