Abstract

The reality on the ground recently regarding company problems often arises. In an effort to achieve organizational goals requires resources as a source of energy, energy and strength needed to create various activities and activities. These resources are human resources, natural resources, financial resources and scientific or technological resources. As for the population and sample are the employees of PT. Jasa Raharja Purwokerto, namely as many as 98 employees. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression. The research results show that the environment, commitment and ability affect the performance of employees at PT. Jasa Raharja Purwokerto.
