This study was conducted to test empirically whether there is an effect of accountability and supervision on the quality of publik services. The population of this study is government officials at the Office of Community Empowerment, Village, Population and Civil Registration of Central Java Province with active status. The sampel of this study was 55 respondents who were officials from the Office of Community Empowerment, Village, Population and Civil Registration of Central Java Province. Determination of the sampel using purposive sampling technique which determines the sampling. The research data is primary data with data collection methods by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The hypothesis testing method uses multiple linear regression analysis and classical assumption test with the help of the SPSS software program. The results of testing the hypothesis prove that there is a sigificant positive influence between accountability and oversight variabels on the quality of publik services in the Office of Community Empowerment, Village, Population and Civil Registration of Central Java Province.

Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah aparat pemerintah di Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat, Desa, Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Provinsi Jawa Tengah yang berstatus aktif. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 55 responden yang merupakan aparatur Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat, Desa, Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yang menentukan pengambilan sampel. Data penelitian adalah data primer dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden. Metode pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dan uji asumsi klasik dengan bantuan program software SPSS. Pada hasil pengujian hipotesis membuktikan adanya pengaruh positif sigifikan antar variabel akuntabilitas dan pengawasan terhadap kualitas kinerja pelayanan publik di Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat, Desa, Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Provinsi Jawa Tengah. |
