Abstract
The background of this research is the problem of a high level of turnover intention among Millennial Generation employees and of course it is a big problem in the company. This is evidenced by a survey showing the desire of Millennial Generation employees to have a turnover intention of 71%. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Mental Health and Work Life Balance on Turnover Intention of Millennial Generation Employees. In this study, researchers used sampling techniques with non-probability sampling methods, namely purposive sampling and snowball sampling. This research uses primary data with 144 people as respondents. Researchers use multiple linear regression as a data analysis technique. Based on the results of this study, it is known that Mental Health and Work Life Balance have a significant effect on Millennial Generation Employee Turnover Intention.

Hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya survey yang menunjukkan keinginan karyawan Generasi Milenial untuk melakukan turnover intention sebesar 71%. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan teknik sampling dengan metode non probability sampling yaitu purposive sampling dan snowball sampling. Penelitian menggunakan data primer dengan 144 orang sebagai responden. Peneliti menggunakan regresi linier berganda sebagai teknis analisis data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, diketahui bahwa Mental Health dan Work Life Balance berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention Karyawan Generasi Milenial. |
